We offer three types of balloons – latex, foil and OTP (crystal clear) balloons. The difference between them is in the material they are made of.

• Latex balloons are made from 100% natural latex and are completely biodegradable. They are available in sizes from 10 cm to 165 cm in diameter. They are suitable for inflation with both helium and air. They can be used for making decorations, as well as shaped as bundles with helium.
• Foil balloons are made of a special metalized polyethylene (Mylar) – a lightweight, strong material that allows for bright colors and detailed shapes. Their sizes range from 12 cm to 1.50 m. Often this type of balloons are in various shapes of characters and figures. They are suitable for inflation with both helium and air, and are a bit more durable than latex ones.
• OTP balloons are made of a material very similar to silicone. They are thin and have a perfectly round shape, do not oxidize or tarnish. They are suitable for helium and air and can be used for various types of decorations. Their sizes range from 40 cm to 1 m.

Any latex balloon larger than 28 cm, foil balloons larger than 45 cm, as well as OTP balloons larger than 40 cm.

Helium balloons have different flight times depending on their size and material. Here are the differences:

• Standard size latex balloon (30 cm and 35 cm) – up to 12 hours;
• Larger latex balloon (from 48 cm to 120 cm) – from 24 to 48 hours;
• Standard foil balloons (45 cm to 60 cm) – up to 36 hours;
• Large foil balloons (80 cm to 120 cm) – up to 72 hours;
• OTP crystal balloons – 36 to 48 hours.

Yes, there is a product that helps with this. A gel specially designed for this purpose, which is placed inside the balloon before it is inflated. The entire inside of the balloon is coated, which creates a film and seals the helium inside. Depending on the size, the gel allows the balloons to fly for 24 to 48 hours beyond their standard endurance.

The price is determined by the size and type of balloon you want. The price range is between €1.80 for standard balloons and can go up to €30.00 for balloons with large diameters.

Yes, of course. In our two physical stores – in Sofia and Plovdiv – you can buy as much and as little as you want, without having to declare it. All the variations and items that we offer are displayed on site in our stores. You come to the place, choose what is most suitable for you according to the holiday and your taste, our colleagues inflate the selected one in a few minutes and that's it.

Yes, this is a common practice and is completely doable. To do this, you need to choose what you want, configure it and pay in advance. You specify the object, day and time you want to receive the requested item, and it awaits you at the selected location.

Yes, no problem. There are a few important features here:

• On site, after examining the balloons and their sizes, colleagues will tell you what the price for helium is;
• We are not responsible if any of the balloons burst during inflation; we can replace it with one available from us for a fee;
• For a balloon that bursts during helium inflation, the client owes the amount for helium;
• We cannot guarantee or determine how long the balloons would fly.

No, we do not have a minimum order quantity.

Yes, and here it is important to note that the possibility of taking delivery is strongly tied to the period of the year we are in. We have several very strong stages of the year – around February 14, the months of May, June and September, around October 31 and December. During these periods, the likelihood of us being able to react from today to today or from today to tomorrow is reduced. This does not mean impossible. We strive to be flexible and punctual so that every client can be satisfied with our services.

Upon delivery, the selected balloons are handed over to the customer without any arrangement. In most cases, these are a certain number of helium balloons or small compositions. The decoration includes installation, assembly, arrangement and then dismantling of the ordered decor.

For deliveries, during most of the year, we respond from today to the next day. For decors, it is desirable to have at least 3-4 business days in advance for the request, so that, if it is more specific/personalized or with items that are currently not available, it can be perfectly prepared and executed.

• The exceptions to these periods are the months of May, June, and December, as it is quite busy then and it is desirable to have at least 5-7 days for preparation and production for dates in these months.

We have stationary stores and warehouses in Plovdiv and Sofia and we work throughout the country, for which the relevant transportation costs are calculated based on which of our two offices is closer to the desired location. We have colleagues in Varna and Burgas, with whom we work together for decors and deliveries in the areas of these cities.

We have commercial trucks (vans and vans) in which most of the items are loaded in a finished state. In most cases, only the components need to be assembled on site. If the decor is larger, then finishing work is required on location.

Yes, of course! We are available for any questions and improvements to a selected composition, and if what you are specifically looking for is not available, we can work on an individual project. This happens in several ways:

• By phone, through various communication channels – Viber, WhatsApp or a phone call;
• On site at both our sites;
• By requesting the specified e-mail addresses.

We can also conduct an on-site inspection if there are specifics that cannot be worked out through the other options.

Payment can be made via bank transfer, card payment, as well as on site at our locations in Sofia and Plovdiv.

This is a latex balloon, on which branding/stamping is done using a machine. We have our own printing machine on balloons, and we can print logos, slogans, inscriptions and individually designed jobs. The minimum quantity for printing balloons is 100 pieces. This type of balloons is suitable for corporate events, advertising campaigns, company decorations, opening of objects, etc.

These are all types of balloons (latex, foil or OTP), on which branding is done using self-adhesive foil. We have our own plotter, on which we cut out what the customer wants and then place it on the balloon in an inflated state. This type of balloons is suitable for private events and celebrations, such as birthdays, baptisms, graduation balls, baby showers, gender reveal, etc. There is no minimum quantity for this type of printing.

The cost of delivery depends on the method of delivery:

• When delivered by our team — the price is calculated based on the distance to the desired location and which of our two offices (Sofia or Plovdiv) is closer. The exact cost of transportation is calculated in real time and will be shown to you before you complete and pay for your order.
• When delivering by courier (Speedy or Econt) - the price is calculated according to their rates and will be confirmed to you when placing the order before you pay.

For orders with courier delivery worth over €100, delivery is free.

If upon receipt you find that an item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, preferably with a photo of the problem. We will replace it with an available one or refund its value.

Due to the nature of the products, inflated balloons and already made personalized decorations are not subject to return/exchange, except in the event of a proven defect or error on our part.

For uninflated, unpacked and unaltered items, the legal right of withdrawal within 30 days applies according to the Consumer Protection Act.

Latex balloons are made from natural latex — if anyone in your environment has a latex allergy, we recommend foil or OTP balloons.

Uninflated and burst balloons are a choking hazard for young children, so keep them away from children under 8 years of age and throw away burst balloons immediately. For environmental reasons, we do not recommend releasing helium balloons into the wild.

The flight time and type of balloons depend heavily on the environment. High temperatures and direct sunlight accelerate the exhalation of helium and can lead to bursting - especially with latex balloons. Cold temporarily reduces their volume, which recovers at room temperature.

For best results, store balloons indoors, away from direct sunlight, sharp objects, and heat sources. If you are transporting helium balloons in a car, keep in mind that a heated interior can significantly shorten their lifespan.

We do not offer kits for home use and assembly by the customer. We have ready-made themed decorations for birthdays, baptisms, baby showers, gender reveal, proms and many other occasions. These compositions are made, delivered and assembled by us at a specified location. Each decor can be customized according to your colors, theme and budget.

If you don't find the desired theme among those available, we can create a completely custom decor project - in this case, contact us for a consultation.

Yes, a change or cancellation is possible, as long as you notify us in time — before we have started production or shipped the items.

• For standard courier deliveries, this is until 4:30 p.m. on the day of the order. We strive to ship the order within the same business day. If the shipment has already been shipped but you have canceled it, it is no problem to return it by courier, but the shipping costs in both directions are borne by the customer.
• For complete decorations and personalized items — up to 2 days in advance.

Once production has started or for items that have already been personalized (printing, foil, etc.), cancellation is not possible. Contact us as soon as possible and we will find the best solution.

Yes, upon request we issue an invoice (with VAT) for each order - please provide your company details when placing the order. We accept payment by bank transfer, card, as well as on site at our locations in Sofia and Plovdiv.

For corporate clients and larger orders we can negotiate individual terms and preferential prices. The minimum quantity for branded printed balloons is 100 pieces, while there is no minimum quantity for personalized foil balloons.

Yes, we also create decorations in outdoor locations. Here it is important to take into account the weather conditions - strong wind, direct sun, and high temperatures put a strain on the balloons and can shorten their life.

For outdoor decorations, we recommend balloon structures inflated with air, which are significantly more durable than those with helium. When planning an outdoor event, we will consult you on the most suitable and durable solution for the location and season.
