This policy explains how Party Lady Ltd., doing business as 101 Balona and 102 Balona (“we”), uses cookies and similar technologies on 102balona.com. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. We also use similar technologies — the browser's local storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) and tracking pixels. In this policy we call all of them “cookies”.
On your first visit we ask whether you accept analytics and marketing cookies. Until you choose, they stay off. Necessary cookies need no consent because the shop cannot work without them.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. We remember your choice for 12 months and then ask again.
When you have not consented to analytics or marketing, Google's tools may send anonymous, cookieless signals (e.g. that a visit or an order happened) without storing or reading identifiers on your device. Google uses them to model aggregated statistics.
Required for the site's basic functions and always on:
The chat on the site is provided by Crisp (France). It stores crisp-client/… cookies to keep your conversation with us (up to 6 months). We use them only to reply to you.
They show us which pages and products are viewed and how visitors get to an order, so we can improve the shop. Provider: Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.).
They measure which ads lead to visits and orders and let us show our ads to people who have already visited the site. Providers: Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd.) and Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — Facebook and Instagram). The Meta Pixel is not loaded at all without your consent.
When you place an order we send these services the order number, its value and the products bought — not your name, address or phone number.
Google and Meta may also process data in the United States. Both participate in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and use Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
More information: How Google uses information from sites, Meta Cookies Policy. You can also manage ads in Google Ad Settings and Meta Ad Preferences.
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the necessary ones, the cart and account sign-in will not work.
If we add a new service that uses cookies, we will update this policy and ask for your consent again. Questions: [email protected] or via the Data request page.
